<sigh>................<breathe in, breath out>........It is the little things that matter, offering your seat to a little old lady on the bus, giving your mom a little hug when she doesn't expect it, holding the door open to someone behind you, and avoiding basic errors in a match of basketball because every score matters! To lose in the fashion we did tonight cuts deep, no because of the loss itself, such is sport...you win some, you lose some but tonights performance needs to be reflected on, evaluated to improve personally and collectively and then never repeated in such a fashion again. On the positive side, Coach MVP goes to Roger DAT for his 6 blocks !! and effective play in the offensive paint. Simon CROOK for a solid game and Yerai VILLA doing the best for his team with a notable 'And 1' when we needed it most (picture shows the extra point from the free throw line) But credit where credit is due, Nailsea never gave up, even when they were 12 points down in the 3rd. Onward and upward Braves....you live and learn...just please learn!!! A personal thanks to Jenna MITCHELL, one of our Brave Ladies, who stayed to watch all the excitement unfold (sorry we couldn't send you home with the win), she put it all into perspective when she said post match, "I thought we played really well and were the better team, just a few small slip-ups".....simples!
